Our Festival That’s Accessible
J-Fest is more than just a festival—it’s a live memorial, a joyful celebration of Jody’s life and the legacy she left behind.
Jody had an incredible love for music, festivals, and the community that surrounded these events. Despite the challenges she faced due to her additional needs, her spirit and passion for these experiences never wavered.
J-Fest was created to honour that spirit and to ensure that others with similar challenges can enjoy these moments just as Jody did.
Why We Have J-Fest…
J-Fest exists to create a space where everyone, regardless of their abilities, can come together to celebrate music, community, and life. It’s a festival designed to break down barriers, offering an inclusive environment where all attendees feel welcome, supported, and free to enjoy themselves.
This festival is our way of keeping Jody’s memory alive, by continuing the fight for accessibility and inclusivity in all aspects of life. Through J-Fest, we hope to inspire others to see the importance of these values and to join us in creating a world where everyone has the opportunity to enjoy life’s special moments.
