Sensory Stalls

We are committed to enhancing the event experience for everyone, especially those with additional needs. While some events are not yet able to provide full accessibility, and as frustrating as that can be, we can still offer support on a minimal, yet impactful basis to those with neurodivergent needs. Our sensory stalls provide flexible, on-site support that makes a meaningful difference without requiring the full commitment of our comprehensive packages.

  • Sensory Tombola: Our Sensory Tombola is a fun and engaging activity where attendees can explore and win a variety of sensory-friendly items. From fidget toys and calming tools to noise-reducing products, the Sensory Tombola introduces different ways of managing sensory needs in an interactive way, allowing attendees to discover what works best for them.

  • Audio Defence Stall: For individuals sensitive to noise, we offer ear defenders suitable for all ages, including babies, children, and adults. Whether for attendees, performers, or crew members, our ear defenders help manage noise levels to ensure a more comfortable and enjoyable event experience.

  • Wellbeing Shop: Our Wellbeing Shop offers a range of products, such as fidget tools, weighted items, and calming lights, and mindfulness products designed to enhance comfort during events. Each product is carefully selected based on the needs of individuals with additional needs, making the shop a valuable resource for attendees looking for on-the-go support.

Why Our Stalls Matter

Events can be overwhelming, especially for those with neurodivergent needs or who require additional support. Even when full accessibility isn’t possible, our sensory stalls provide practical, flexible support that helps individuals manage their experience in real-time. By offering accessible tools and friendly guidance, we create an inclusive space that welcomes everyone, regardless of their needs.

Who Benefits

  • Attendees: Individuals who require additional support or anyone seeking a more comfortable event experience.

  • Performers and Crew: Event professionals who might need sensory support to perform and work effectively.

  • Families: Parents and carers looking for sensory products to support their loved ones during events.
